Privacy Policy

Overview

Staff Portal is an internal workforce management application developed by Appsak Solutions LLP for Unified Post Tensioning Systems LLP and Pramukh Post Tensioning Systems Pvt. Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Staff Portal is intended exclusively for employees and authorized personnel of Unified Post Tensioning Systems LLP and Pramukh Post Tensioning Systems Pvt. Ltd. It is not a public-facing consumer application.

Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to operate the app:

• Account information — username, employee name, role, and assigned region
• Work data — work assignments, task completions, labour records, and project activity logs entered by or assigned to you
• Device token — a push notification token generated by your device to deliver work alerts and status updates
• Usage data — request logs (timestamps, endpoint accessed) for audit trail and security purposes

We do not collect location data, microphone or camera input, contacts, or any other personal information beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

• To assign and track field work, labour records, and project activities
• To send push notifications for work assignments, approvals, and status updates
• To maintain audit trails of operational activities as required by internal policy
• To authenticate your identity and control access to project data

Your data is used solely for internal operational purposes. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Your data is accessible only to:

• Authorized employees within Unified Post Tensioning Systems LLP and Pramukh Post Tensioning Systems Pvt. Ltd. who require it to perform their role
• System administrators responsible for maintaining the application

Push notification delivery is facilitated by Expo (notifications.expo.dev) and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), which receive only the device token and notification payload — no personal identifiers.

Data Retention

Account and work data is retained for as long as your employment or engagement with Unified Post Tensioning Systems LLP or Pramukh Post Tensioning Systems Pvt. Ltd. continues, or as required by applicable operational and legal obligations.

Push notification tokens are removed from our systems upon sign-out or when the app is uninstalled.

Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to the backend is controlled by token-based authentication (JWT). Our servers are hosted on secured infrastructure with restricted access.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact your system administrator immediately.

Your Rights

As an authorized user of this application, you may:

• Request a summary of data held against your account
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account upon cessation of employment

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
